Teams of two compete to finish six challenges around the Barracks neighborhood for $4,000 cash!!
Thirsty Thursday
Pick up a free Sonic drink of your choice at the leasing office every Thirsty Thursday.
Field Day
Residents eat free food, play fun games, earn raffle tickets, and win huuuuge prizes.
Sunset Cinema
We host Bi-monthly Sunset Cinema movie nights for you and your friends with free food and drinks.
Resident Appreciation Week
We host four Resident Appreciation weeks per year! It’s five straight days of food and cash giveaways.
Basketball & Volleyball Tournaments
Compete against your neighbors and bring home the cash prize & bragging rights.
Animal Wellness Days
Once a semester, we'll invite a mobile vet clinic to set up in our Dog Parks and provide free services to our pups!
